I have worked in both the construction industry and the retail market for over 20 years. I have worked as a lead carpenter, retail store manager, retail sales associate, kitchen and bath designer, real estate sales associate, general contractor, draftsman, custom home builder and have owned my own construction company since 1996. Beyond my own experiences, I have surrounded myself with a great team of suppliers and independent contractors who are also leaders in their specific trades and industries. I am very confident that we can bring your vision and dreams to a reality. One that you will be able to enjoy with friends and family for many years to come.
Here at Quality Construction Services, we recognize the craftsmanship the Amish produce through their highly skilled labor. That is why we utilize 30-40 highly skilled Amish workers on every home we build.
We understand the real estate market that we work in which allows us to give valuable insight to our customers during the design and planning phase as they explore house renovation ideas and custom designed, new homes. What sets you apart from your competitors?
We provide state-of-the art design services and
communications. We will design custom floor plans to fit your individual needs. During the construction
phase we will send you pictures via text messages and emails. You will feel like you are here on the job
every step of the way.
Who do you typically do work for?
We regularly build Apple Valley Vacation homes
for people who live out-of-town, out-of-state and even out-of-the-country. You can trust us to build
your dream home with attention to every detail, without the added stress and pressure you might
otherwise feel; trying to be in two places at once.

Our
mechanical contractors are fully insured, licensed professionals in the state of Ohio; delivering safe,
dependable installations.
